Eddy heads Ottavia group operations and orchestrate the team in providing seamless and integrated corporate services to clients. Eddy is responsible to ensure our ethos of the Professional, personalised and prompt services is delivered consistently to all our clients.
Eddy is an experienced chartered accountant and Alumnus of a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte Singapore). He has also gained commercial experiences during his tenure with a public listed firm which helps him to understand the intricacies of day-to-day operations, efficient corporate structuring, M&A activities and corporate compliance and regulations.
Prior to joining Ottavia, Eddy was the head of the accounting and tax team of another leading Singapore-based corporate services firm specialising in global client advisory in business expansion and corporate migration to Singapore.
His clients have also grown to appreciate his advice being practical and easy to understand. His interactions with clients from different countries with different tax and regulatory frameworks have given him an edge to understand the needs of his clients. This has won approvals from his clients; evidenced in the testimonials that his clients have given him in LinkedIn.
Eddy is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and holds a degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU).
David heads the client service and immigration team. He is a Singapore incorporation and immigration specialist with over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service in Malaysia and Singapore. David has the in-depth knowledge and expertise in company formation.
Prior to joining Ottavia, David was part of another leading Singapore-based corporate services firm specialising in global client advisory in business expansion and corporate migration to Singapore. He has assisted numerous local, foreign entrepreneurs, as well as, foreign companies (USA, Europe, Middle-east, Australia and Asia) to setup companies in Singapore and obtaining the required work visa.
A dynamic individual with surmountable energy, David is the go-to person if you are looking to incorporate a company or simply do business in Singapore.
David holds a bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Information System from Curtin University Technology (Perth Campus), Australia.
Tiffany is an experienced and senior consultant who specialises in Singapore Company Formation and Immigration visa. She has helped many talented professionals, directors & business entrepreneurs in setting up their businesses and securing their visa approvals. Hannah works closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure efficient and accurate completion of accounting, tax and payroll services for clients. With her in-depth and hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation and payroll, she is able to provide accurate guidance and valuable advice to her clients. Hannah has extensive experience in liaising with auditors, IRAS officers and business leaders to help resolve specific tax or accounting issues for her clients.
Prior to joining Ottavia, Hannah was part of finance team at one of the leading real estate companies in Singapore and has also spent considerable years with another leading Singapore-based corporate services firm specialising in global client advisory in business expansion and corporate migration to Singapore.
Hannah is an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
FENNIWATY SUWARDI

Fenniwaty is a senior member of our Tax and Accounting team. She has extensive experience with all salient accounting functions within a Singapore-based company including financial reporting system development, tax filing preparation, and payroll management. She often acts as an advisor to business leaders in developing and defending the tax optimization strategies for their enterprises. Fenniwaty has extensive experience in liaising and negotiating with IRAS officers to resolve tax disagreement as well. She is extremely well-regarded by her clients for her promptness and for the attention to detail in her work; clients particularly appreciate the fact that she does not presume that information provided to her is completely accurate, rather she performs her own research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and quality of her group's assignments. Yana has over 10 years of experiences in managing and handling corporate secretarial and immigration services. Together with her team, she is responsible for ensuring that the companies under her care conduct themselves within the Singapore regulatory environment, including compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant rules and regulations of the Singapore government.
